Agenda:
If the online training was longer: If there was more time allotted for the online training, we would open a discussion for teachers to post what collaboration and communication strategies work best for them. In turn, teachers can ask and learn more about strategies that they have not tried or heard of before. It is important for all teachers to collaborate with other teachers in order to improve their personal and professional relationships. It is also important for teachers to keep communication open between both students and parents in order to support the well-being of the student. Teachers could share resources and tools that they utilize to foster positive relationships with families, students, and teachers. This will help both new and veteran teachers add to their repertoire of communication skills.
