Intermediate Training: 10 Hours

Module 4: Developing New Educator's Planning (2 hours)
  • Alignment of objectives, learning experiences, and assessment
  • Alignment with curriculum frameworks
  • Backwards planning
  • Increasing Rigor

Module 5: Diagnosing and Solving Planning & Management Problems (2 hours)
  • Space, Time, routine, momentum, attention, expectations, consequenses, motivation.

Module 6: Advocacy (2 hours)
  • Helping New Educator deal with: 1. Principal  2. Difficult people 3. Conflicts with staff 4. Role in School

Module 7: Plan (2 hours)
  • Action plan by month

Module 8: Guardian of Values (2 hours)
  • Responsibility and accountability
